Build with me. One hour, one workflow, built together.

Bring the one job that eats your week. We open your real tools and build the first working version of it inside an hour, with you watching every step. You keep the system, and you keep the method.

Who this is for

This is for a working business with a real workflow that runs badly today. Something that lives in your head, or in a spreadsheet, or in a chain of emails you keep meaning to send. If you can describe how it works step by step, we can build the first version of it together.

It is not for a tour of what AI can do in general, and it is not for an idea with no business running behind it yet. There is nothing wrong with either of those, but an hour spent building would be wasted on both.

I read every application myself and I turn some of them down. If yours is not a fit I will say so in the reply, with the reason, rather than take the booking. If what you described is bigger than an hour I will say that too.

What the hour is

BeforeI read your application

I come to the session already knowing your workflow, so the hour is a build and not a discovery chat.

The hourWe build it live, together

Screens shared, your own tools open. I say what I am doing and why as I do it, so you can run the same pattern at the next thing without me.

AfterYou keep the system and the method

The working first version, the recording of the session, and a short written note covering what we built, how to run it, and what I would do next.

One workflow, and only what fits inside the hour. I do not carry on building afterwards, I do not host or maintain what we make, and anything that turns out to be bigger than a session is a project rather than a favour. Those limits are what make the hour produce something.

How it works

1Apply

Tell me about the business and, in detail, the one workflow you want to build. A vague answer to that question is the thing I decline on most.

2I reply

If it is a fit you get the details, what it costs, and a booking link. If it is not, you get a straight no and the reason why.

3We build

Logins ready, one workflow, and two or three real examples of it from your business. Then we spend the hour building.

There is no discovery call in front of this and no pitch after it.

Questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring the workflow and the decisions about how your business actually runs. I do the building. You can stop me at any point and ask why I did something the way I did, and you should, because the explaining is half of what you came for.

What does it cost?

I send the price in my reply, with a booking link, once I have read your application and know it is a fit. Nothing on this site carries a price and this is no exception.

What if my workflow is too big for an hour?

I read your application before I reply, so you will hear that from me before you book anything. Either we narrow it together to something we can genuinely finish, or I tell you it is a project rather than a session. A working first version is the goal, not a finished system.

Whose tools do we use?

Yours wherever possible. Your spreadsheet, your inbox, your forms, whatever you already run on. Where something is genuinely missing I will bring something practical that fits how you work, and I will say why before we set anything up.

Is this a course?

No. There are no modules and there is no program waiting at the end of it. It is one hour inside your real business. The teaching happens because you are in the room while the thing gets built.

Apply for a session

The workflow question is the one that matters. Describe it the way it actually runs today, step by step, including the parts that are embarrassing. That is the answer I read first.
