Hey, I'm Matt. I build solutions and teach people how to use AI effectively.
Have a look below at the ways to work and learn with me. For businesses that want my support instead, that's my agency: MCH Projects.
Running now
Real client systems. No public demo.Validates, scores, and turns every submission into a review-ready brief. Live, theirs, supported monthly.
Employers, matches, placements, and automatic retention checkpoints. Live backend, so no demo button.
What I teach
Build and launch a real business website, plus the basic marketing to make it earn its keep.
A working tool with real data behind it. Answers in, records stored, something the business runs on rather than a demo.
Several moving parts wired together, talking to the Claude API and other services, aimed at a business problem someone actually has.
Working through your own problem with me directly, instead of waiting for a course to open. It starts with one session where we build the thing together.
There's one founding group, and it goes at a founding rate. In exchange I want honest feedback while it runs, and permission to quote you afterward if it worked. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email when it opens, nothing else.
The intro call
Free, 30 minutesTell me what you're trying to do with AI and where you're stuck. I'll tell you whether it's something I can teach you, whether you should wait for the course, or whether you don't need me at all. All three happen.

I'm Matt Henderson. I've spent over eight years in tech wearing different hats, marketer and software engineer among them, and I now build AI systems and solutions for service businesses in London, Ontario.
Not all of it is software. Some of it is a process, a plan, or a few tools wired together so a job stops eating someone's week. I teach it the same way I build it: start from the job, not the tool.
Questions
Why learn this from you instead of someone with a bigger channel?
Because I build these systems for paying clients. A CI Assante advisory practice runs its intake and calculations on my work. An employment-services nonprofit tracks its placements on it. The material comes out of those builds while I'm doing them.
Can I see the real client work?
Not on this page, and that's deliberate. The advisory system is the client's own, and WorkWell holds live records for a nonprofit. Neither gets a public demo button. I'll walk you through either one on a call.
Do I need to be technical?
For using AI at work, no. For building the tools, you need to be the kind of person who reads the error message rather than closing the tab. That's the honest bar, and it has nothing to do with a computer science degree.
Can you just build it for me instead?
Sometimes, but that's my other business, not this one. MCH Projects is where that happens. This site is the teaching.
Tell me what you're trying to learn.
One paragraph is enough: what you want to be able to do with AI, and what you've already tried. I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
